"I would just like to say that my order was smooth and prompt. The saw took about an hour to set up. To be honest I had a problem getting the mounting screws to line up, but after some loosening and tightening I was able to get the saw ready for action. The saw is super smooth. I love the magnetic table mat, very good idea. IF your looking for a saw I highly recommend this unit. Customer service was outstanding, emails were returned very quick, package arrived with no flaws. I have owned three prior major scroll saws (brand names omitted). The Seyco saw has a bigger table and optional magnetic table cover which are the reason why I love the unit. But the saw is super quite and sturdy. 5 out of 5 stars from me". John P
